Mulholland Music offers a plethora of audio enhancements to the Music, Film, Television, and Legal industries.
Present day recordings can be imported from any possible audio file format via email, online transfer, FTP, or data disc.
Playback from original recordings, regardless of format, is done here scrupulously:
formats such as 78, 45, or 33 1/3 rpm disk, 1/4" or 1/2" analog mono, two, three, or four track tape, or legacy DAT, DA-88, PCM 1630, and even audio cassette tape are all supported.
Music and audio work is done on a case-by-case basis-mastering contemporary music for online release requires a different approach than, say, restoring an older recording for compact disc release. Archival work differs from forensic audio. We will always make every effort to discuss all the processes involved and what results can be expected.
We have worked with every type of recorded audio-from the earliest acoustic cylinder and disk recordings, through mono and multi-track optical, mag, film, and tape recordings, and with current digital audio files of every type. Music itself is an ever-growing fractal of method and style, and we have been and always will be devoted to hearing this art in its best possible incarnation.
